Founder & CEO, Jetex

Strategic Transformation Leader | 35+ Years in Business Excellence

Jagdish Chhabra has been serving as Founder, Director & CEO at Jetex Consulting LLP for nearly eight years.

In this role, he has led numerous operational transformation projects across India, helping businesses reduce costs, implement lean tools, and drive digital transformation in supply chain and manufacturing. His hands-on consulting style emphasizes measurable improvements in quality, profitability, and system efficiencies.

Earlier, at Mindarika Pvt. Ltd, he served as Head – Purchase and Supply Chain (Mindarika Business), managing strategic sourcing and supply chain operations across four plants. His key contributions included SAP and Kanban implementation, supplier upgradation, cost savings through localization, and productivity enhancement through material flow optimization and barcoding innovations. His leadership earned him multiple Tier 2 Upgradation Awards from MSIL and ACMA.

He also held the role of Vice President – Purchase and Supply Chain at Bharat Seats Ltd, overseeing six manufacturing plants.
Before founding Jetex, Jagdish had an impactful tenure as CEO of Makino Automotive, where he successfully led the company through a critical phase of business transformation and operational stabilization. Prior to that, he served as Business Transformation Head, positioning Makino for scale through the adoption of manufacturing best practices and system improvements.

There, he led KPI alignment, launched supplier portals, and introduced zero-based costing across the supply chain. His earlier tenure as General Manager – Purchase & Supply Chain at Mindarika (spanning over 16 years) included setting up robust supplier systems, implementing lean practices, and optimizing end-to-end inventory and logistics.

His early career at Samsung Electronics, Bharti Telecom, and BPL Sanyo Utilities helped him build a strong foundation in international procurement, component sourcing, and vendor management — completing a career spanning over three decades of excellence in supply chain leadership.
